ബാബു ചുങ്കത്ത്
1946 ജൂണില് ജനനം. വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം: ഡിഗ്രി (സെന്റ ് ജോസഫ് കോളേജ്), ദേവഗിരി കാലിക്കറ്റ് (ഫിസിക്സ്),
പ്രിപ്രൊഫഷണല് (സെന്റ ് തോമസ്, തൃശ്ശൂര്). എല്.എല്.ബി. (ഗവ. മഹാരാജാസ് ലോ കോളേജ്, എറണാകുളം),
എം.എ. സോഷ്യോളജി (മഹാരാജാസ് കോളേജ്, എറണാകുളം) എല്ലാ ഡിഗ്രിയും കേരള യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയില് നിന്ന്.
1969ല് ഗോഡ്ഫ്രെ ഫിലിപ്സ് ഇന്ത്യ ലിമിറ്റഡില് ഔദ്യോഗികജീവിതം ആരംഭിച്ചു. തുടര്ന്ന് ബോംബെ, ബെംഗളൂരു, മദ്രാസ്, മധുരൈ, തിരുച്ചി, തിരുനെല്വേലി,ഹൈദരാബാദ് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളില് സേവനമനുഷ്ഠിച്ചു.
1971 മുതല് നിയമവൃത്തി ആരംഭിച്ചു. കുന്നംകുളം, ചാവക്കാട്, തൃശ്ശൂര് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളില് അഭിഭാഷകനായി പ്രവര്ത്തിച്ചുവരുന്നു.

Born June 1946. Graduated from St. Joseph College, Devagiri Calicut (Physics with Class). Pre-Professional from St. Thomas, Thrissur.
Law degree from Govt. Maharajas Law College, Ernakulam. MA Sociology from Maharajas College, Ernakulam. All Degrees are from Kerala University.
Started the career in the year 1969 with Godfrey Philips India Ltd. Worked at Bombay, Bangalore, Madras, Madurai, Trichy, Thirunelveli and Hyderabad.
Legal Profession from 1971 onwards at Kunnamkulam, Chavakkad and Thrissur
